Winston Groom is the author of fourteen
previous books, including Patriotic Fire, Shrouds of
Glory, Forrest Gump, and Conversations with the Enemy
(with Duncan Spencer), which was a Pulitzer Prize finalist. He
lives with his wife and daughter in Point Clear, Alabama.
